The hotel features a fitness room, steam bath, and a gourmet bar, along with a hotel bar serving drinks. It's a 20-minute drive from Brussels Airport and 30 minutes from Brussels and Mechelen by car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Nothing else.

The location was fine. Staff were friendly and supportive with the room change. We were compensated for the bad experience and received help with cleaning our clothes and suitcases through a professional service. We had bedbugs in our room, which meant we had to transfer rooms in the middle of the night (with sleeping children) and had to empty and check all our luggage and clothes.

The size of the room and the bedding. The parking price 😳 no discount for hotel guests. The view from the room was very ugly and the street was noisy.
