The location is excellent, just a five‑minute walk from the sea. Nearby are cheap and tasty cafés. The value for money is good. The sun is in the windows all day long.

The reception staff were friendly. The location is great, only a five‑minute walk to the beach, with bike rentals, cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. Daily cleaning is thorough, towels are replaced, and there is a balcony—though the view is of the neighboring street where locals hang out. It isn’t a first‑line property as the hotel claims; honestly, by road it’s the third line, but by infrastructure and distance from the sea it’s effectively the second. The hotel feels worn and needs renovation. On our balcony, the safety glass was held by a single screw. The prehistoric windows and doors on the balcony made the room extremely noisy in the morning. If you like to sleep past 6 am, this matters. The room layout is absurd, the furniture arrangement takes up space, and the room feels very small and uncomfortable.
