The view of the lake was nice, but checking in at another hotel in the evening was problematic because only one person was handling it and the English was weak; when I arrived in the evening, there were people ahead of me waiting to check in, which caused more than an hour to pass before I received my key.

The environment was very pleasant, with a private beach and ample sun‑bathing space. I praised the staff at both the reception and the bar for being very accommodating—nothing to complain about. The rooms for a four‑person family were small; during our stay we had to move because our reserved room was rented out to someone else (which probably didn’t matter), and the next room had no kitchenette. Parking was an issue; as guests, we had nowhere to park.

The staff count was far below the number of guests, so we had to wait a long time; the hotel smelled awful, as if dead rats were rotting.
