Great location near all the tourist spots, but the floor could be cleaner. The shower was very small, but we managed to get by.

The room and location were great, right on a very busy main street. Unfortunately that also meant it was noisy all night. We didn’t use the air conditioning, so the window stayed open throughout the night.

We found a wonderful palazzo right in the old town, with a friendly concierge who handled our luggage so we could wander around unburdened until our Apartment Benedetto Croce was ready. The apartment is beautifully antique‑styled and has a modern bathroom. We were right in the middle of it all yet still kept a distance from the bustle. The stairs are worth it!

The location is very large, but the cleaning and the stairs could be better.

The heart of old Naples is great, but the cathedral staircase has more than 57 steps—watch out if you’re frail or older.
