Friendly staff and always willing to assist. The checking process was disordered Upon arrival Long queues, no welcome staff If the hotel had a special promotion for the weekend , this should have been advertised on booking .com so that customer can pick other dates for there stay at the hotel

Love an all inclusive resort! The pools were the best part. The staff is super overwhelmed most of the time. It’s so tough to get a drink and enjoy from the bars but they’re still very friendly despite being tired

Friendly and courteous staff. The size and location of the premises. The wide variety of food in the restaurant buffet. The check-in process was atrocious. There was absolutely no order in customers being served…even though 4 lines were available to line up. No hotel staff were monitoring the order of customers. My question is Why not!!
