“Não recomendo a ninguém pelo preço há hotéis muito melhores”
I was shocked by how different the photos were from reality – the first night they tried to put me in a filthy room with no hot water, no AC, and a constant traffic noise that felt like there were no windows; it was the worst experience I've had in Morocco and I won't return. The pool water was filthy, the food was awful and always the same; they claim it's close to the beach but it isn't. AC was impossible to use, making it impossible to sleep. Internet was non‑existent in the rooms, only available at the tiny reception desk and at the pool when it worked. Drinks were terrible, there was no natural juice even though there was plenty of fruit, and the fruit itself was inedible – I went a week without proper food. The water was just plain water, no cold water to drink; the machines only offered natural water. Alcoholic drinks were non‑existent. Rooms had no sound insulation – you could hear everything from the street. The taps were all old and the place felt very old; I almost didn't turn them on for fear they'd explode. 😂
