“Clean, professional but uncomfortable”
The room was clean and the staff were very professional and responsive to our needs, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable; we had a king room with a pull‑out couch that was awful, and you could feel the springs even with extra comforters.

We booked two rooms for our group, but their conditions varied wildly; one was tidy and pleasant, the other had paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling, broken lamp shades, and dirty sheets. When we mentioned the problems, the staff seemed unconcerned. The hotel only offers housekeeping every third day and supplies just one clean towel per room.
The air‑conditioning worked well, and we could turn on a fan at night for white noise; the bathroom had a real door, a vent fan, and plenty of hooks, a nice shower, and a view of the campus from the window.
