The reception staff are terrible, especially the night shift person. Parking is insufficient, causing conflicts, and the only option offered is to park on the street.

Good location, you can reach any avenue quickly. The staff treatment was lacking.

Nothing good. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and discourteous. We asked to see the room before paying and the receptionist snorted at us, telling us he would only show us one and that the room assigned to us would have to be acceptable. We left without staying, and now we understand why the hotel was empty.
