The location, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, but the noise, poor isolation, and the general condition gave us ants in the room; the photos in the reservation were a bit misleading.

Easy to get around, and the balcony room was good.

I liked my room; it was clean and comfortable, especially the balcony and view. The staff were helpful, and I dined one night at The Rooftop Bar – the food and service were excellent. However, arriving via the car park feels very overwhelming, the lifts are grubby and need an upgrade, and the reception area is very modest.
