The check‑in was very friendly. It was nice that we could borrow bikes and stay a bit longer after breakfast. The beds were comfortable to lie on, the sheets were soft and the mattress was cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. The welcome basket with treats and a stocked fridge of drinks at very reasonable prices was very pleasant. It was also nice to sit in the garden and it was so quiet. You can ride your bike into Deventer easily. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place if you want a relaxing break. You have complete privacy. Bring your own shower gel or soap – it’s usually in a B&B but I didn’t find it here. The shower is nice, spacious, clean and new, but the water splashes everywhere, leaving a wet floor. Maybe a small step would help?

I really liked my stay. The host (Esther) was very friendly, the breakfast was tasty and extensive, and the Wi‑Fi was very fast (almost 500 Mbps download and 300 Mbps upload, plus excellent connection outside in the garden). The room was spacious with all necessary facilities, and the bathroom was nice. The B&B is in a quiet, pleasant location, only 15 to 20 minutes by bike from Deventer’s centre. There are three bikes that can be borrowed free of charge. If I visit this area again, I would not hesitate to book this B&B again.
