approach. No dental kit, No bath slippers, pillows too big etc etc . Lemon tree style facilities missed

The stay was the worst, and the view was the worst.

Cleanliness, service, view, and food were excellent, but there was a lack of parking space.

The balcony in the room and in the restaurant was great; the spa was good but the heating didn’t work, making the room very cold. Room Service was excellent and the team was very helpful—5 stars to them. However, there is no outdoor space for an evening walk, Hi‑Tea items were minimal, and the front desk was a bit mismanaged. The printer at the front desk had bad toner, evident from the invoice print‑out handed to me at check‑out; a clean invoice is expected from a hotel of this level.
