The rooms were good, the Wi‑Fi had good speed, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. However, the rooms were a bit darker and the light was not enough, especially for two people, and we had to wait a few minutes for hot water.

The location in Bandarawela is lovely and convenient, with scenic mountain views. The staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and effortless. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Nothing at all—it was a wonderful experience from start to finish

Ella was way too expensive, so staying here in Bandarawela was a fantastic decision! The room was very budget-friendly, but the facilities were top-notch—definitely not cheap quality. Extremely happy with my stay!. Nothing
