The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful without being intrusive; the space was a good size. The shower was quite small, and the location felt a bit slow.

The price‑to‑value ratio was decent, yet the reception was far from friendly; we arrived in a heavy downpour at 12:15 pm instead of the promised 2 pm, and they immediately asked for an extra charge even though the hotel was empty. This was our fifth visit to the city—normally we’d give four or five stars and never had to pay a deposit, but here the first thing they demanded was a surcharge.
