The place was in a decent spot, not right in Dundee, but the toilet had stains from previous use, mould on the bathroom ceiling, the kettle needed descaling, and there were cobwebs on the roof above the bed.

The staff were friendly, but the room felt cold, the carpets were worn, the skirting boards needed replacement, and the bed had obvious wear.

The location was simple and convenient, yet the room couldn’t be locked from the inside; anyone with a key could enter, and there was no deadbolt.

There was nothing to like: the room was grimy, a dirty towel hung on the back of the door, and although the bed sheets were clean, being in the room made me feel unclean. The other two rooms my family stayed in were worse, and after emailing the company we never received a response—would not recommend. The carpet was extremely dirty and marked, shower tiles were filthy, I didn’t even lift the rubber mat in the bath, and a dirty towel hung on the back of the door.

The place is in a good spot if you can drive, but it looks pretty shabby, the bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom and room weren't very clean, and other guests made it noisy.
