I stayed in a huge room that came with bottled water, a kettle, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and disposable slippers—everything you could need. The bed and mattress were comfortable, the place was quiet, and I was very satisfied. I recommend it.

The location was convenient, close to the train station, and the price was pleasant. I was very disappointed with the hard soap that wasn’t packaged and just lay in the soap dishes.

The accommodation was good: clean, new white towels, a kettle, cups, tea/coffee/sugar, and a knife. There weren’t enough plates to simply put a sandwich or pastry next to tea. Shampoo and shower gel were available, plus a toothbrush and toothpaste set. At night something noisy—like washing machines—disturbed sleep. The staff were unfriendly from the start. The hotel’s front doors lock at night, preventing exit. I asked about the shelter; they said if I went to the shelter (10‑minute walk) the doors would stay open, but what about other guests? I quoted, “if I say we won’t go, will you close the doors, and if a fragment falls or there’s a fire we can’t escape and will just burn in the hotel because the doors are shut?” They replied, “yes, we’ll burn!” Each person must draw their own conclusion. The solution is to install a magnetic lock on the front doors and give guests a magnetic key with the room key. The receptionist was told you are absolutely forbidden to work with people; you ruin the hotel’s impression, even if you’re the owner.
