The location was fine, but nothing else was good, it was not clean, the toilet had a broken seat, and there were lizards in the room.

The only decent feature was a functional AC; at 2500 the stay might barely be acceptable for an overnight. The corridors were dirty, the lift was dust‑laden, and in room 306 the house phone didn’t work, the pillow cover was torn, the bed sheets were stained and dirty, the towels were dirty, the bathroom leaked, and the dust bins were filthy. Walking the steps revealed littered bird feathers, towels, and extremely dusty debris.
