The room was extremely noisy. (Air conditioning in neighboring rooms? Elevator?) I couldn’t sleep and had to ask to change rooms on the third night. So 570 € for 4 nights without sleeping is very expensive.

The staff were very friendly and breakfast came free, which was a bonus. The rooms were clean but small. Even though the hotel is within walking distance, we didn’t feel safe at certain times of the day and would advise solo travelers to avoid staying there. We made sure to return before dark and sometimes used a bolt instead of the metro, which is a 7‑minute walk from the station. One Uber driver even warned us to be careful around the area at night. The other issue was that the room had a strong drain smell; it was clean, but the odor was awful.

The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk to the lively Alfama and Baxia neighborhoods. The surrounding area feels a bit rough, though.

The cleanliness, comfortable bed, and good quality sheets and pillows were all positive. The location was terrible; we arrived at 1 a.m., saw people using drugs, police patrolling, and the bolt wouldn’t let us in because of safety concerns. It was chaotic, and we had to climb the hill with our luggage amid the turmoil.

O alojamento é decente. Funcionários simpáticos. a localização Horrível, assustador, especialmente se chegar ao hotel de noite. nunca pensei que Lisboa estivesse tão má. mais de 200€ por 1 noite numa localização daquelas
