I was greeted warmly, but the parking wasn't included in the booking even though we were handed a spot; the room we received was tiny, probably my mistake, yet the property’s description claimed luxury, which is misleading—AA only awarded it 3 stars. The room’s entrance and towels felt damp, heating was absent despite a radiator in the bedroom and bathroom, so we had to run the hair dryer for a long time to warm it up. The bed was lumpy, the sheets didn’t fit properly but were clean, and the carpet was grubby. If the description hadn’t used “LUXURY,” I might have been less critical.
