“Great location, poor customer service”

The spot is fantastic, but they need to make clear that the electricity and AC only work at certain times. When we asked to leave an hour later, they said no because the room had already been booked, even though the hotel was almost empty with just a couple of other guests.

“Relax i natura.”

The setting is perfect, surrounded by a full park and right on the beach. Plus it was low season, so we had the entire hotel to ourselves. The only issue was that the beach and sea were full of sargasso, so we couldn’t swim there, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

“Horrible experience . A shame because it has great potential (location)”

Location. No one for check-in. No one for check-out. Spent 2 nights . First night withour water. Second night without electricity in all the complex. Horrible. No gesture nor compensation. We had to pay extras (for accessing the place (located in a park) every day). This was not mentioned either

It was beautiful and peaceful. Great for a tech free romantic getaway. We were the only ones there after our 1st night. They closed the kitchen an hour early while we were standing there trying to figure out what to eat. The AC and power were off each day during the hottest part of the day, so no afternoon nap in your room while it's hot out. And the sargassum was horrible. No access to the ocean at all (fluke of nature.not their fault). We changed to another resort on day 2 that had access to cenotes for swimming. We would have stayed, but limited food, no beach, and limitef AC were too much to bear
