I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel as they failed to honor my online booking, instead demanding an additional Rs.1000 for the room. Unfortunately, the room itself was in a deplorable state, with dirty bedsheets and a grimy bathroom. The experience was a letdown from the start.
