Breakfast was delicious and included in the price, and the hotel offered stunning views of Positano. The rooms were clean, tidy, and painted in white and sky blue. The staff were very pleasant, and the hotel had a hair dryer, warm slippers, daily towel changes, and replenished toiletries like shampoo, body lotion, toothbrushes, and a shaving kit for men. The hotel’s location is away from the tourist bustle in the town center, and the private beach is a relaxing spot with the sound of waves. It’s a perfect place to unwind.

The front‑desk lady was polite and helpful. However, the property is substandard in every way. It’s not a 5‑star hotel; we left after one night because we couldn’t sleep due to hallway lights and door banging. We had to lay towels around to try to sleep. The room was disgraceful, the lift was scary and very basic, and we lost thousands of dollars on a booking that was totally misrepresented.

The location is stunning and the staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly. We stayed only three nights for our honeymoon but wished we could have stayed longer. The private dining experience was exceptional, the food was amazing, and the views were out of this world. The hotel runs a courtesy shuttle every hour, which we used to get past the steps. Breakfast was ample, and live music was a lovely touch. We can also access the Remesse beach club via the funicular, offering gorgeous views, great food, and peace. We loved our stay and appreciated the complimentary champagne for our honeymoon—it was truly memorable. The only downside is the drink prices at the bar, but that’s expected for a hotel of this rating in such a desirable location.
