The location is close to the old town, shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, the area is quiet, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, breakfast is plentiful, fresh, regional and beautifully presented, the rooms are small but nice, with a great balcony or terrace and air‑conditioning, and everything is well maintained and clean.

This little hotel is wonderful! It’s very well situated a few hundred metres from Ascona centre and the Lake Garda shore, it was fully renovated and modernised, the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are brand new, and the garden around the hotel is very pleasant. The staff are extremely kind and friendly, thank you for arranging a surprise for my wife’s birthday! Breakfast is perfect. The private parking in front of the hotel is very convenient, and guests benefit from free public transport in the region during their stay. Thank you, signora!
