I booked a triple room for two people and messaged the hotel a month before arrival via Booking, explaining that an extra person would only be added on Saturday night and that I would pay the difference for that night, but I never received a reply; when I arrived on Thursday evening I was given a double room and told that the triple room was assigned by Booking, but the hotel had already given it away and blamed Booking, not the staff; if they had responded I would have arranged alternative accommodation in time; later I was assigned a single room for Saturday night, which I paid separately for, but it was still not the room I had requested.

Everything was fine, and the value for money was good.

The breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed the family restaurant where the food was very good, with good quality and generous portions.
