Very special and beautiful location. Owner and staff are exquisite, with rare courtesy and kindness. If you come to stay here, DINE! The food is divine! Freshest ingredients, quality and worked to perfection! Good job!
“Disgustoso: controllate lenzuola e asciugamani!”
Only the view of the lake is worth saving (for which they have no merit). Terrible experience. I was given a room where the bed had been made but the sheets had not been washed, full of hair and stains. In a nightstand drawer I found dirty flip‑flops. After complaints they changed my room, but I found one of the bathroom towels stained with makeup. Unfortunately the hotel is out of the way and it was late otherwise I would have left. The structure and rooms are very dated. Breakfast with no choice and miserable: they bring you a tray at the table: already opened snacks, a jug of fruit juice (unrequested), crackers, single‑dose jam and butter. I asked for lactose‑free milk, first they said yes, then they said it had gone bad. So I just had a coffee, given the lack of hygiene I preferred not to risk the open snacks.

Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente lo staff, molto cordiale e disponibile, fin dal nostro arrivo. Stupenda la vista sul lago dalla camera, ideale per chi cerca del relax a due passi dal mare. Manca un po' di cura nei dettagli, la struttura dovrebbe essere un po' svecchiata. La colazione non era abbondante come in descrizione, era tutto pre-confezionato. Anche nella stanza ci sarebbe da cambiare qualcosa, come le zanzariere o la rubinetteria

The breakfast was actually the best part of our stay at this hotel. When we arrived we had to look for the reception. It was nowhere indicated. If you don’t speak Italian it’s best to have Google Translate on your phone. The room was very basic and the bed was really insufficient, with a pit in the middle of the mattress. Luckily we stayed only one night.
