Very good

My stay was marred by a dirty room that looked far better in the photos than it did in reality. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay here. The hotel failed to meet my expectations in every aspect, and I couldn't find anything redeeming about it.

While the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, the room itself was somewhat of a letdown. The bathroom was particularly underwhelming, with no space for toilet paper, a hand towel, or even a cup of tea or coffee.

I had an excellent overall experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
