“מלון בסדר . מחיר יקר ללא תמורה מצדיקה .”

The hotel’s location was fine, it was a comfortable hotel with good facilities, and there were airport shuttles in and out. It felt old and in need of renovation or a refresh. The staff were nice but worked under strict management rules that didn’t care about the guest’s wishes. Anything I wanted as an extra, I had to wait an hour for a taxi or they refused to pay, even though the room was available. They wouldn’t let me have breakfast the day before, even though I left at 12:30 am and couldn’t use that day’s breakfast. Instead, they gave me a box of food that was embarrassing, with a hot water bottle without a bag, which I left at the hotel. The food needs a big improvement. The pizza we ordered to the room was inedible, and the price was very high for the value.

The bar was good and the room was clean, but there was no shampoo, the shower drain didn’t work well, and the amenities were few.

The room was spacious, clean, and very good; the bathtub made it especially nice for those who want to soak. The free facilities like the pool and gym were plentiful, so I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The shuttle to the airport was also free, so the overall value was great. However, I was disappointed that the Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect even after entering the password I was given.

Because the breakfast changes daily, we never got bored, and the blend of Japanese and Chinese dishes suits Japanese palates well; the complimentary airport shuttle is also a great perk. Even though we checked our return flight schedule in advance, the shuttle wasn’t arranged, so confirming with the front desk the day before departure is advisable.

The location was great, the free shuttle to and from the airport worked well, breakfast varied each morning, and the pool was beautiful. The bath could use a bit of improvement.
