The staff were attentive, smiling, and the service was good. However, my mattress should have been replaced; it was very uncomfortable and creased a lot.

Dowan’s Hotel was one of our favorite stays in Scotland, an elegant boutique hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and gorgeous rooms.
