The staff were super attentive and friendly, welcoming us and handling all our requests smoothly. The hotel itself was simple, but clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and premium linens. The location was spot‑on for us—close to work and just a 5‑minute drive from the Historic Center. The Wi‑Fi was a bit spotty, dropping occasionally, which was a bit annoying for work. Breakfast was tasty and well‑made, featuring arepas, eggs on toast, and coffee, but it was a la carte and lacked fruit options that could have been added.
