“Not very pleased as we weren’t provided with the services stated.”
The space and decoration itself were nice, but we had the “VIP” room and received no breakfast, nor did anyone clean. Everything advertised online was a lie.

The apartment matched the description, was easy to access, and offered excellent value for money.

The hotel is very well located, a short walk from the center. The room was huge and super clean!!! Valerio was attentive to everything we asked during our stay, a 10‑rating service! The portal and stairs are very old and need cleaning and maintenance.

The room’s layout and the space were good, but the host was missing; we had booked breakfast, yet we ended up grabbing coffee with a croissant somewhere down the street. After the show and the rave reviews, you’d expect better service, and when we tried to alert the host via the app he was very uncooperative. On top of that, the room is on the 5th floor and the elevator is very old and smells.
