The location is excellent. The staff member who attended me was wonderful… they let me check in early, which was also great. Rooms are always clean. The bed is wonderful. Breakfast is not just weak, it’s almost nothing in terms of options. The heater, coffee—I just let it pass, I get it elsewhere… but the heater doesn’t work, the cold is too strong, that was one of the biggest faults I found in the hotel, I felt very cold, even though the accommodation was good, the bed was comfortable. I felt so cold because the heater didn’t work properly. I had to wear thermal clothing inside my own room, that was very unpleasant, and that’s the only complaint I have about the hotel… otherwise it’s perfect.
