I paid and then had to cancel, losing half the price because the place was unkempt, dirty, and disgusting; staying here was very bad. The environment was filthy, the room was dirty, the room itself was also dirty, and the atmosphere felt swollen.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the pool is a plus. The staff are hospitable and cooperative. Some facilities are not in the best condition and definitely need repair.

None of the pictures match the reality; it turned out awful. All of it.

There was no problem with the earlier check‑in. The rooms had a musty smell, mold on the walls, old equipment, and the pool water wasn’t completely clear.
