The receptionist was friendly, the room and bathroom were spacious, but the spot in Dauis disappointed because nothing was nearby; you need your own wheels or a pricey tuk‑tuk, and regular power outages make the room very hot.

The staff were nice, yet the room was damp and the staff had to come in daily to change a towel soaked from a leak, plus it was very noisy.

The place sits right on the road, is peaceful and quiet away from the island’s crowds, the room is nice and spacious, the internet is fast, all necessities are provided, there are free snacks and coffee, breakfast can be ordered affordably, and the owner kindly arranged an airport transfer; however, getting to Alona Beach is a long drive, tuk‑tuks are constantly passing and prices haggle, a brief power outage occurred, and the staff sometimes seem confused and take time to respond.
