The establishment is clean, the setting is beautiful, direct access to the sea, and the nighttime show is very professional. The outdoor pools are not heated. I understand not all can be heated, but at least one outdoor pool would be perfect.

Nothing… everything is included 🥺 there are a lot of people and a big risk of getting sick… our friends got sick and had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea for several days. At the pharmacy near the hotel, the clerk said that people from our hotel are constantly asking for antitoxin medication. Smoking is everywhere, in rooms, on balconies, and in the elevator… 🤮 I’m exhausted by the constant loud music until late at night. People came to relax, but you can’t do that at this hotel!!! This is a horrible place!!!

The evening performances were really enjoyable to watch. The hotel’s location is great. The a‑la‑carte restaurants serve really good food. The food in the main area was so‑so. I wouldn’t call it bad, some meals were tasty but it could be better.
