Very good location, clean rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were very small, and the breakfast buffet had a limited selection for Western tourists.

I loved the hotel. The location was great—near the train station, Pontocho Alley, and Nishiki Market—all super clean, spacious, with kind staff and free coffee and drinks all day. I can’t wait to come back!

Great location, clean and quiet. There wasn’t enough storage space, so we left a lot of our clothes on the chairs. The bathroom was always very humid, making it hard to dry towels. The window had an opaque film, so there was no view at all.

The stained‑glass window matched the room’s design and gave a Japanese traditional atmosphere. The room was a bit narrow, but it was still fine.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Everything was very comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We especially loved having coffee, soft drinks, and water available throughout the day. We also received two complimentary bottles of water every day, which was a really nice touch. The breakfast was also very good, with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!. Nothing I can say
