The hotel was spotless, and every staff member and manager was always ready to help and answer questions, even offering taxi bookings at a fixed rate. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, with the cleaning crew doing an outstanding job daily. We traveled as a large group ranging from 9 months to 80 years old, and everyone loved the hotel and its staff. Breakfast was amazing, plentiful, and always fresh. A special shout‑out to Farzaneh, Riza, Batu, and Ilayda. Even though the hotel is rated 4 stars, the service feels like 5 stars.

The personnel were very good, the room was comfortable with a good bed, and breakfast was fine. However, the room’s sound insulation was poor, and the neighbors were loud—everything could be heard.

My wife and I stayed at ibis Styles Hotel in Bomonti for 3 full weeks. The cleanliness was great. Our cleaning lady made our stay so much nicer with daily visits and nice attitude, always cheerful and friendly, thank you Gulay, you’re truly a gem in this hotel. Special thanks also goes for restaurant host, Riza who is always friendly and eager to help. Other staff in hotel is very nice and friendly too. As far as room is concerned, it was spacious, well designed interior, clean and comfortable. We had spacious balcony. There is a kitchenette (no utensils, only microwave). The breakfast is top notch. They don’t have dinner at hotel, but you can order from a nearby restaurant which has really nice food. We are someone who pays a lot of attention to cleanliness and comfort, and this hotel is rare case where we can give absolute 10
