The location is truly excellent, making it very convenient to get around and reach the main sights, and I really appreciated the staff’s willingness to help: I asked for a small box to use as a litter box for my cat and they complied without any trouble, a simple gesture that really matters when traveling with an animal. Unfortunately, I ran into several issues during my stay. The room’s cleanliness was unsatisfactory: the floor had several stains and dirt marks, and the sheets didn’t look particularly clean. The bathroom also needed more attention. The shower drain emitted a strong, unpleasant odor, and the shower area was very dark with insufficient lighting. The sink faucet was also inconvenient: water didn’t flow steadily but burst out through a small hole with a very strong, concentrated jet that splashed easily onto the user. The most serious problem was the handling of animals. While I was still in the room, a staff member opened the door and entered to clean without first checking if the room was occupied or asking for permission. Even though the hotel presents itself as pet‑friendly, this behavior is especially unprofessional and risky. With a free‑roaming animal inside, opening the door without warning can easily cause the animal to escape. In my case, it could have been a very serious situation: if the cat had slipped out, I could have lost it. I understand the need to clean, but when a pet is present it’s essential to knock, wait for a response, and ensure the animal is safe before entering. Overall, the hotel needs to pay much more attention to cleaning, bathroom maintenance, and especially the safety of guests traveling with animals.

The hotel is very close to the central train station, but there’s no nightlife—no restaurants or cafés nearby—and it’s not close to the city centre, so you have to walk.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, had everything needed for a good stay, and it’s very close to the Porta Susa terminal; the area is quite nice.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast could be improved.
