I loved the in-room bath and the staff. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and offered endless ice cream. The hospitality was very generous and the meals were great. I’m a foreigner and had an amazing time—totally worth it, and I really appreciate the Nepalese hotel staff for helping with translation. 10/10. Nothing was perfect, but the stay was very polite.

My stay in the suite with a river view was really something special - the service was top-notch and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a relaxing time. The dinner and breakfast menus were explained really well, and the staff were super accommodating when it came to our preferences. They even took the time to show us around the facilities, which was really helpful.

I had a pretty good stay here - the location was convenient, parking was easy, and the staff were really friendly. We even got to watch some fireworks at night, which was a nice surprise. That being said, the room was way too bright because the curtains didn't block out the light, and I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a public bath - the in-room onsen was also a bit too small and not hot enough for my liking.

Unfortunately, the service here was just okay - I was expecting a bit more for the price of a premium Onsen ryokan.

Everything about my stay here was great - the staff were all super friendly and helpful, the facilities were really well-equipped, and my room was beautifully designed with a great hot spring tub. The combo of traditional and modern decor was really cool, and the food was amazing - it made my birthday celebration really special.
