The location is good. There has been no upgrade in the last 15 years.

The food was fairly good, we had enough options, but there was no coffee at lunch. Parking was free. Honestly… it isn’t a 4‑star hotel; I’ve stayed in many 4‑star hotels but this one looks more like a 3‑star. 1: I don’t know if the room had been occupied recently, but it had a strong closed smell even with the balcony door open. You could wash the floor with something that smells fresh, especially since you have tile, not carpet. 2: The TV was up on a shelf; you had to stand on the edge of the bed to see it, when wall‑mounted TV stands are common today. You’re a 4‑star hotel, not a 2‑3. 3: The bathroom… it was clean, but the soap dispensers looked like those in 2‑3 star hotels; if they worked, I feared the supplies would run out. I expected a 4‑star hotel, even on the coast, and it turned out to be 3‑star conditions, though at least parking was free. The staff include an interior architect who could blend quality and efficiency to create something that looks like a 4‑star level.

The location is good, the pool is nice, the food is good, and overall it was a good experience. The caged parrots in such a small space are not a pleasant sight. They could at least have a bigger enclosure in open air; there is plenty around the property to accommodate that if wanted.

The staff, the restaurant, and the fresh meals each day are super good, and the bartender is super friendly. The toilets behind the reception are not worthy of a 4*, the rooms’ interiors haven’t changed in 15 years, the small fridge was cold but there was daily water at the bottom, put a cover under the sink because it looked ugly, and the shower cabin wasn’t very clean. The towels are impeccable.
