The spot was spot on, right by the beach with loads of food and drink nearby, and the staff genuinely went out of their way to help.

The place sits right by the beach, making it super convenient to get around, and even though the hotel looks a bit old‑fashioned, everything was clean, well maintained, and the bed was comfy. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection that was fresh, clean, and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly throughout. The biggest annoyance was the constant outside noise from street vendors and carts blasting loud speakers; even with doors and curtains shut, it felt like they were next door, which was hard to relax from. The advertised pool turned out to be in a separate building behind the hotel, not inside the main property, which was a let‑down. The TV was basic and didn’t offer streaming services like YouTube. While the staff were nice, they jumped straight into selling extra services and products as soon as we arrived. Some guests might appreciate that, but we’d rather have a more hands‑off approach and ask for extras only when needed.

The spot was well‑located, but be warned that it can get very noisy at night because of street concerts. The room and bathroom were dirty; I found used false lashes on the living room table and the bathroom blinds were sticky with mold. I mentioned it to staff, but they didn’t care. Don’t use the hotel shuttle for your rides; it’s much pricier than Grab and they’ll drop you off wherever they feel like.
