“I will stay again for sure!”

It’s the ideal spot for a solo female traveler. Some might think it looks sketchy or old, but it’s in Hong Kong, so that’s part of the charm. I’m from Taiwan and a seasoned traveler, and I felt safe and secure 100 %. The place is clean, close to the MRT and the Avenue of the Stars, and Nathan Road is amazing. Nearby there’s a 7‑11, a money exchange, and a health and beauty shop. Finding it is straightforward. There’s no front desk, but I left my suitcase in the locked corridor without worry. The room comes with soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, a TV, a city view, and no kids running around. I loved it. I spent the whole day out and about, then came back to shower and watch TV with snacks. A person at the elevator desk helps with Google Translate if needed. The cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly. All the malls and markets are close. One elevator broke for a day but was fixed quickly. The mattress is very firm.

The soundproofing isn’t too bad, and although there’s no toothbrush or water provided, the items I bought were inexpensive compared to a convenience store, and the room was very clean—perfect for a solo stay. The toilet drainage is a bit poor; after showering there’s usually standing water, but it dries out the next day, which is acceptable. Communication must go through WeChat, but the response time is pretty fast. The elevator is crowded and the access is complicated, with both guests and residents; solo travelers should consider this.

“Amazing location and the room, despite it's small size, was perfect for all my needs.”

The unit’s location was great and the room matched the description exactly. I appreciated that the place supplied plenty of body soap for my 2‑3 showers a day. The air conditioning was good, though it seemed stuck on a single setting. My travel partner and I had trouble locating the entrance because we didn’t realize it was inside Majestic House. My key card also expired because the code was only valid for one day instead of the two days we booked, but this was resolved quickly.

“Great location but minor issues to be improved”

The bedroom was cozy and larger than most Hong Kong rooms. Self‑check‑in worked fine, but I had to message the host beforehand. The spot was great, close to everything. The toilet drainage was awful and flooded every time after a shower. No check‑in instructions were sent ahead, so I had to reach out on WhatsApp once I got there.
