The room was beautiful, spacious and traditional, and the outdoor shower in the bathroom was a delightful surprise! Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.

The onsen was great. The location was a bit inconvenient, especially with the many uphill slopes.

The food options were far away and you had to climb a steep slope to reach them.

The private bath was great. The wallpaper fell off the walls, smelled like mold, and the bedding was so thin it felt more like a towel than a mattress.
