I was close to the places I needed, but the room was filthy—sheets and the sofa bed looked like someone had pooped on them, and the loud homeless crowd outside made it worse. The breakfast even made my whole family sick.

I liked that the room was big and storage space, free parking. We got there and checked in and got to the room. We had a 2 queen bed , 1 sofa bed room for 5 of us . My daughter was going to sleep on sofa bed and realize when we got in there the sofa bed was broken. The TV was also not working. The shower curtain would not close all the way. I went downstairs to see about changing rooms and report the issues. The guy shift guy said he knew about the bedroom and the broken sofa bed and said they forgot to put it on the bad bed list. He couldnt put me in another room because the hotel was full. Other issues I bad was the hotel breakfast. The eggs were cold and watered down, no meat. I felt like I should of been discounted for the room I got but wasnt. Lastly, the beds felt like sleeping on concrete. I stayed at comfort suites before, this hotel did not have comfortable beds
