The security staff were friendly and the atmosphere felt like a family. The pool should have been warmer.

I didn’t like anything at all. I travelled from Cuenca and just before arriving at Playas, I was contacted from a number saying there were no rooms and that there was no accommodation, that Booking had an error and they couldn’t receive me… I didn’t travel a couple of hours, it took more than 5 hours to get that answer, I find it fatal disrespect.
