It was warm and cosy. It is centrally located and felt safe even for solo female guests.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. The location is great, right by the Morning and Night Market. Breakfast was also good. The neighbouring building has its kitchen on the side of the room I was in; because they cook over an open fire, smoke drifted into the room, making it smell somewhat unpleasant.

The hotel’s location is good and the room was comfortable enough for a long stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the property has potential. Unfortunately, my overall experience was seriously affected by an issue that should have been resolved immediately. I stayed here for 9 nights, and the experience was disappointing because of a serious maintenance problem. Every time I turned on the air conditioner, I could feel and breathe dust coming out of it. As someone who suffers from asthma and allergies, this was a major health concern. I immediately informed the receptionist and asked him to come and check the air conditioner. His response shocked me. He simply said, “I’m busy, I’ll come later,” even though inspecting the unit would have taken no more than five minutes. I explained that I am asthmatic and allergic, but this did not seem to make any difference. After waiting more than three hours, I had to return to the reception and ask again. In the end, I opened the air conditioner cover myself and showed him the large amount of dirt and dust accumulated inside. This situation should never have happened, especially after reporting a health issue. As a result, I became sick, lost an entire day of my holiday staying in bed, and had to buy five days of medication to recover. Losing valuable vacation time because a simple maintenance request was ignored was extremely frustrating. I hope the hotel takes air conditioner cleaning and guest health much more seriously in the future. A quick response could have prevented this entire situation. Unfortunately, because of the lack of concern shown by the reception staff, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its good location.

Struttura centralissima, in pratica nella strada del mercato, strada principale della città. Stanze comode, pulite e silenziose, Staff al top! mi hanno prenotato il mini van per nongkhiaw!
