The staff were incredibly helpful, printing tickets and arranging a taxi for us. The restaurant below offers good food and drinks, and the location in Prizren is excellent while still quiet at night. The bathroom trash can is too small for paper, which can't be flushed.

The hotel is close to the center and everything nearby, and the service is good. However, some advertised amenities were missing, the breakfast didn't cover all nutritional needs, and extra items cost extra.
