I appreciated the location and the rooftop view, but I was very disappointed with our stay. The room carried a strong perfume scent that we didn't like. We arrived in the cold season, expecting heating as shown in the photos, but the staff asked for an extra 150 MAD to turn it on, and it wasn't included in the room price. The bathroom lighting was poor, making it hard to see myself in the mirror, and there was no toilet paper. Staff professionalism was lacking. Breakfast fell short of expectations; we had hoped for natural local products. Luckily we only stayed one night before moving to another lodge that exceeded our expectations on all levels, and for the same price.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The establishment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the quality of service and the pleasant atmosphere. Nothing particular to note; overall everything went well and I was very satisfied.

We spent a fantastic night at Tanaroz House and everything was flawless. The all‑inclusive meals were truly excellent: breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very traditional, tasty, plentiful, and made with a lot of love and care. The staff were very welcoming, warm, and attentive. The location was also gorgeous and perfectly positioned to enjoy Imlil and its scenery. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Tanaroz House.
