Great location and a generous breakfast. The pillows provided were two of different textures, and personally they were a bit uncomfortable.

The room is simple and modest with a few flaws, such as damaged flooring and curtains with holes. The bathroom is small but functional. The use of dispensers for toiletries is great, and the kettle for tea and coffee is much appreciated. The buffet breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the big name doesn’t match the service offered. The staff are sparse, so requests for hot drinks or restocking at breakfast take forced waits. A negative experience was being unable to dine (due to large groups) and not being able to order a drink at the bar because the restaurant was busy. The vending machines on the floor offer drinks at exorbitant prices, forcing us to go to a nearby supermarket. Asking to moderate the air conditioning in the lounge is useless because there is no remote and the technical staff isn’t present. In other areas, it seems there is truly little attention.

If you’re just passing through Cagliari, this hotel does its job perfectly. It sits close to the airport and has all the conveniences for a quick overnight stay, so we stayed two nights and skipped the breakfast because we were out before it started. We brewed our own coffee in the room using the supplied kettle, milk, and tea. The parking lot is spacious and secure, and the reception area has plenty of seats and workspaces. The area around the hotel is industrial, with factories and warehouses, and the access roads could use better lighting and signage for guest safety, although I didn’t feel unsafe walking through the neighbourhood.

“Muito confortável e acolhedor”

I was blown away by how comfortable and spotless the rooms were, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and every floor had vending machines with drinks and snacks. The only hiccup was a slight internet lag on the last night because the assigned rooms were far from the Wi‑Fi access points; this wasn’t a problem for my single night, but could be annoying for longer stays, especially for business travelers. We rented a car, so getting into town was easy, but the hotel is a bit far from Cagliari’s city centre.
