The only thing that was good was the location; everything else was lacking. The accommodation was severely outdated and overall in a very poor state. Rooms were dirty, some had mold and cobwebs. Cleaning was inadequate—after several days the same sand remained in the shower. There was no Wi‑Fi in the bungalows or even in the restaurant. The kids’ club, despite being fully booked on the weekend, was staffed by only one caretaker and had very short hours. The overall hygiene was disappointing: the buffet was often dirty, there were hairs in the food containers, and overcrowding caused constant congestion. On the children’s pool some tiles were loose. On the beach the loungers were always occupied. Overall, the condition was not what one would expect from such a property, and we would not return.

“Ok but would not go back sorry”

The beach was stunning, but unfortunately, I was stuck in my room for two days with a nasty tummy bug. The food was a letdown - it was cold and there weren't many options for someone who doesn't eat meat. The hotel was massive, which meant I did a lot of walking, and the lack of a bar at the pool was a real pain. I had to trek to get a drink, and the queues at the bars were always long.

The hotel's only real plus is the sea view. It's situated on a hill, and there's a shuttle bus that runs from the beach to the reception, but it's not available throughout the hotel. We stayed at Liberty, which has a bus that runs around the entire area. The food and drinks are nothing special, just 4-star quality. Our two-bedroom room was nice, with an amazing view, but it was a bit worn out. It's a long way from civilization, so if you like walking, this isn't the place for you.

The location is top-notch, with the sea and pools being fantastic. There are plenty of options to choose from. However, it's not a 4- or 5-star hotel by any means. The cleanliness in the restaurant area needs to be improved.

The hotel has some great features, like the free upgrade to the royal suite, the frequent shuttle service to the aquapark, and the endless snacks. The view from our room was stunning. However, the water supply was cut off, and it was crowded this time around.
