Cuma, who works at the hotel, was amazing—so helpful, welcoming, and truly cared for us throughout our stay. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and does his best to help.

Everything is great here; it’s a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect with an excellent view that lets you see the balloons. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help.

The terrace offered spectacular views and the staff—who seemed to run the place as a family—were incredibly pleasant and gentle; breakfast, though modest, was varied and tasty, making the overall stay comfortable. The building is a converted traditional house, so the rooms feel authentically old‑fashioned—some may call it charming, others a bit dated; if you expect a modern boutique hotel you might feel uneasy, and because the town of Göreme requires a steep climb from the road, lugging a suitcase is hard without a car.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Our room was beautiful and very clean, and the hotel has a rooftop with a view of the whole valley. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We would stay again!
