The location is sky‑high, just a 5‑10 minute walk from the tower, and it sits right at one of the accessible walls. The value for money is great. Unfortunately, right below the building is a pizza‑restaurant that is only open for lunch, yet it leaves tables outside and, every evening, groups of people—especially teenagers—use it as a gathering spot. Even if you ask to keep your voice down, from the street‑exposed room you can hear everything, and before 1 or 2 am it’s hard to sleep. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the street if possible (they were all occupied when we went). The room is basic, nothing is missing, but a few extra supports, especially in the bathroom, would be appreciated. We were otherwise fine, but I don’t give a higher score because of these reasons.

The location is within walking distance of the Leaning Tower. There isn’t anything to dislike.

The apartment is very close to the Leaning Tower, so the location is truly great. The air conditioning worked efficiently, and the self‑check‑in was convenient and well described—everything was manageable without problems after contacting the owner. At night it was very loud; street noise made it hard to fall asleep. The room felt somewhat stuffy, and the bathroom had very poor lighting. Parking is public and far from the apartment. The self‑check‑in links from Booking didn’t work, so I had to contact the owner directly. Additionally, there were no wardrobe closets in the apartment—just a few external hangers, which was inconvenient.

The location is great, and check‑in was easy and straightforward. We absolutely loved it. The bed was too soft and a bit uncomfortable.
